An active and culturally committed leader throughout his multifaceted professional life, Lamine has seven years of experience in field of international relief, including six years at Mercy Corps and one year at Danish Refugee Council. In these two organizations, he built and implemented systems and procedures at the national level that have improved the quality of programs and their implementation as well as strengthened the spirit of collaboration, learning and innovation by adapting approaches in an ever-evolving context. In the field of international development, he worked at GIZ where he restructured data management systems and supported the development and implementation of cooperation agreements between Germany and Mali, through programs. Later he joined SOS Faim Belgium, in a regional role where he supported financial partners through capacity building and coaching.
